Payment Plan Policy

At KT Hypnobirthing & Doula Care, I understand that investing in support for your pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey can feel like a big commitment. To make my services more accessible and manageable, I offer flexible payment plans so you can spread the cost with ease and peace of mind.

Payment Plan Options

Hypnobirthing Course £365

• Option A: Full payment on booking £365
• Option B: Two instalments - £185 on booking and £180 before the second session

Doula Birth Support Package £tbc

• Option A: Full payment on booking £1389
• Option B: Three instalments - £650 on booking, £450 at 34 weeks, and £289 at 38 weeks (before on-call period begins)

Postnatal and Sleep-In Services

• Pay-as-you-go basis, upfront payment on booking.

Payment Terms

• Your booking is confirmed once the first payment or deposit has been received.
• Payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another service (e.g., postnatal support) in certain circumstances.
• All instalments must be paid by the agreed dates before services continue.
• Invoices can be paid securely via bank transfer.

Pay It Forward Option

You can also choose to “Pay It Forward” by adding a small donation (£10–£50) to your booking. These funds go directly towards helping another family access doula or hypnobirthing support when they otherwise couldn’t afford it. Together, we can create a beautiful circle of care and community support.

Pay It Forward Fund - Support for Families Who Need It Most

I believe that every family deserves emotional and practical support during pregnancy, birth and the early weeks, regardless of financial situation.

The Pay It Forward Fund allows families who can afford to do so, to contribute an optional amount to help others who may be struggling to access hypnobirthing or doula care. These donations go directly towards supporting a family who would otherwise miss out on the comfort, reassurance and continuity that a doula can bring.

If you are a family in need of support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I can often offer:

• Reduced-fee or partially funded spaces supported by Pay It Forward contributions
• Flexible payment plans, making care more accessible for those who need it most

If you are a client wishing to contribute, you can simply let me know at any stage of your booking, and your donation will go directly to supporting another local family.
