Cancellation Policy

Payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another service (e.g. postnatal support) in exceptional circumstances. Please do get in touch asap if you have a query. Partial refunds can be considered, however I do have my overheads, outgoings and childcare costs, these need to be taken into consideration.
